Points to Remember when Ordering

one sixteenth of an inch from negative area.
3. Glossy paper is 15% extra - by arrangement.
4. Where colour matching is required, a sample from a previous
order must be sent.
5. Use clear instructions on Order Forms - if in doubt please
contact us.
6. All sizes are approximate - allow for trimming.
7. Please add Return Postage & Packing before V.A.T.
8. Prices DO NOT include V.A.T. - all at current rate.

Terms of Business
All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. and Postage and may be subject
to change without notice.
Orders received by post will be accepted for processing or printing,
only if accompanied by a remittance covering the total cost of
the work and return postage, or by Pro Forma Invoice. Accounts
can be opened, after receipt of two satisfactory trade references
plus a bank reference. All other orders must be paid on collection.
We cannot be responsible for matching repeat orders with subsequent
prints unless a print from the original order is sent as a guide.
Because dyes used in photographic materials, like other dyes,
may change in time, neither prints or copies will be replaced
or otherwise warranted against any change in colour.
Whilst we shall endeavor to produce prints in a reasonable time
we cannot be responsible for delays due to strikes, fire, flood,
inability to produce materials or any cause beyond our control.
Complaints must be made within three days of receipt of goods.
Your films, negatives and other photographic materials are accepted
for processing, duplicating or printing on the basis that their
value does not exceed the current retail price of the material
itself. Our liability or loss damage is limited to the replacement
of the material and no other liability will be accepted for loss
or damage, consequential or otherwise caused.

Copyright
It is a criminal offense under the Copyright, Designs and Patents
act 1988 to knowingly infringe copyright. It is the duty of all
customers to ensure that the material placed with us for processing
is free from any claims and to indemnify us against and such claims.
No material will be accepted unless accompanied by either:
1. The Customer's Certificate that the work is out of copyright
or that the Customer owns the copyright.
OR
2. The copyright owners written consent.
